Oat (Avena sativa L.). Was initially spelled weeds. In Rus was the most important of oats crops. Dishes cooked with oatmeal, flour and oatmeal were common food for the population of Rus. Oat (Avena sativa L.). Wurde ursprünglich geschrieben Unkraut. In Russland war das wichtigste von Hafer Getreide. Gerichte mit Haferflocken, Mehl und Haferflocken zubereitet wurden gemeinsame Nahrung für die Bevölkerung Russlands. Hergestellt mit Hafer Pudding. Es wird in alten Chroniken Nestor «Tale vergangener Jahre», die im zwölften Jahrhundert geschrieben wurde, erwähnt. Foto I. Parnikoza 2015
