V. I. Melnikov

Melnikov Vyacheslav Ivanovich is Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, author of more than 150 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 3 brochures, 20 inventions. His scientific interests are relevant to applied mechanics, physics, valeology, ethics. The resulting work of author which concludes his many years’ (more precisely 40-years’) research is the theory of closed system, whose second edition is presented in this publication.
